If You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and exchange policy. The following terms are applicable for any products, services, courses and workshops that you purchased with us.

Workshops:

No refunds or credits will be granted against payments related to workshops.

Courses:

If you’re not happy with the course within the first 7 days, we will refund your course fee minus the payment gateway charges. You may also request to defer your acceptance to a subsequent cohort for a small fee.

Please be advised that refunds are processed in 5-7 business days by our payment gateway partners(Razorpay and Stripe), and the amount will be credited to payment method.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation under these terms, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail at support@airtribe.live
